簡介:這款茶以樹木和烘焙味為骨幹。首2泡會有明顯的泥煤味、鹹香和可可味。其後可以感受到牡丹花、竹樹、牛奶。尾段會有持續而明顯的松木和橡木味。整體簡單而平衡,是傳統焙火的經典之選,適合配淡芝士、菇菌類食物、串燒或香料味濃郁的肉類。
Peat Scent Rou Gui
Description: This tea has woody and roasted flavors as its backbone. The first 2 brews will have a distinct peat, savory and cocoa aromas. Afterwards, you can feel peony flowers, bamboo and milk. There will be a persistent and pronounced pine and oak on the tail. Simple and balanced overall, it's a classic choice for traditional roasting, and goes well with light cheeses, mushrooms, skewers, or meats with strong spice flavors.
